This is the right job for you if:

  • You have experience in planning, creating, and optimizing marketing campaigns

  • You are skilled at analyzing data

  • You are highly goal-oriented when it comes to sales targets and work independently

  • You are proficient in Google Analytics

  • You are creative and enjoy a challenge

  • You have a minimum B2 level of English proficiency

Your main responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing sales initiatives for Allegro Lokalnie aimed at increasing the number of transactions and user engagement.

  • Developing and implementing promotional campaigns—from concept and preparation through to performance analysis.

  • Collaborating on marketing materials, such as landing pages, ad copy, and graphic design concepts.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, SEO, and others) to ensure the effective execution of campaigns and projects.

  • Analyzing the market and competitors’ activities, and identifying new opportunities for sales growth.

  • Seeking out and implementing new solutions that improve the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
