QA Lead

Your new company You will join a fast-growing technology company building an AI-powered real-time customer interaction platform. The product combines voice technologies, event-driven architecture, real-time intelligence and Generative AI to support customer service agents during live interactions. Your new role The ideal candidate combines strong technical testing expertise with a product mindset and is comfortable operating in a startup-style environment where quality, speed and continuous delivery go hand in hand. Defining and implementing the overall QA strategy across the platform. Leading test automation initiatives and quality best practices. Building testing approaches for real-time and event-driven systems. Collaborating with engineering teams on performance, reliability and release quality. Partnering with SRE and platform teams on load, scalability and production readiness testing. Establishing quality metrics, reporting and continuous improvement practices. Driving defect management, root-cause analysis and release validation. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead or Software Quality Engineering role. Strong background in test automation and quality strategy. Experience designing test frameworks and automation solutions using Python, Go or similar programming languages. Strong API and integration testing experience, including REST APIs, WebSockets and event-driven architectures. Experience validating distributed systems, microservices and real-time applications. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices. Understanding of performance, load and reliability testing methodologies. Experience working with cloud-native platforms and containerized environments. Strong analytical, debugging and root-cause investigation skills. Experience collaborating closely with Backend, Frontend and Platform Engineering teams. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Nice to have Experience with AI-powered products or intelligent platforms. Exposure to WebSocket-based applications or streaming architectures. Experience working with cloud-native environments and modern engineering practices. Background in highly available, customer-facing SaaS products. Responsibilities

• As a QA Lead, you will own the quality strategy for a platform where latency, reliability and user experience are critical to business success. Working closely with Backend, Frontend and Site Reliability Engineering teams, you will help define testing standards, drive automation and ensure quality across real-time, event-driven and AI-enabled services. The role is listed as part of the same core engineering initiative alongside Platform Engineering, Frontend Engineering and SRE functions.
