Qualifications

• Be responsible for designing business processes or solutions that support clients and configuring systems according to client requirements.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including creating and updating test scenarios and performing manual system testing.

• Develop presentations and training materials for end users and supporting the mapping and modeling of business processes.

• Act as a liaison between clients and IT teams, support analysts and consultants in daily project operations.

• Collaborate with experienced team members to gain knowledge and continuously improve your skills.

• Paid internship program (minimum 3 months), 4–5 days a week, with flexible working hours.

• Possibility to work in a hybrid or remote model.

• High probability of long‑term cooperation and a full‑time role after the internship.

• Hands‑on experience gained in international, multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral).

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience creating presentations, reports, or other business materials.

• Ability to analyze data and business processes (BPMN knowledge is a plus).

• Strong interest in technology consulting, digital transformation, and business processes.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry.

• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/data visualization tools.

• Previous experience in consulting, business analysis, or process improvement projects.

• Participation in student organizations, consulting clubs, or case study competitions.

• INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

• Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
