Derivatives Support Analyst (Hybrid from Warsaw or Gdańsk)

Job Description

• Reporting on OTC Positions – Prepare and deliver reports on OTC derivative positions using client-specific formats and data.

• Booking OTC Transactions – Perform booking of externally executed OTC trades in SCD systems.

• Monitoring Middle Office Activities – Oversee outsourced Middle Office operations (State Street), including pairing in TriOptima, managing cash flow escalations, and controlling paper confirmations.

• Performing EMIR Controls – Conduct EMIR-related controls on OTC valuations to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Monitoring Risk & Limits – Track and report residual exposures, counterparty limits, and associated risks, escalating where required.

• Reconciliation & Analysis Support – Assist in activities related to back-office or front-office tool migrations, including reconciliation and cross-system data analysis.

• Stakeholder Collaboration – Liaise with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Process Improvement – Strengthen and maintain process documentation to support operational excellence.
