As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work with clients to assess, redesign and optimize logistics and supply chain operations. You will support strategic and operational initiatives across transportation, warehousing, inventory management, distribution networks and end-to-end supply chain processes, helping organizations improve performance and drive sustainable business value. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs, operational assessments, strategy engagements and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across geographies and industries. Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences or Distribution industries
Exposure to transportation management, warehouse management, inventory optimization or supply chain planning processes
Experience supporting business development activities, client pursuits and proposal preparation
Knowledge of supply chain network design, logistics optimization and performance management methodologies
Exposure to digital transformation and emerging supply chain technologies.
Experience working in international and multicultural project environments
Professional certifications related to Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean, Six Sigma or Project Management
Skills and attributes for success
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management and distribution operations
Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop practical, value-driven recommendations
Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and business process assessments

Your key responsibilities
Conduct logistics and supply chain assessments to identify operational inefficiencies, improvement opportunities and value creation potential
Analyze current-state business processes and design future-state operating models across transportation, warehousing and inventory management functions
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain consulting, operations transformation or process improvement initiatives
Experience conducting business assessments, operational reviews, maturity assessments or strategic transformation projects
Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operating models and industry leading practices
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation development capabilities
Experience developing recommendations, business cases and transformation roadmaps based on quantitative and qualitative findings
Lead workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions to gather business requirements and define transformation roadmaps
Support clients in developing supply chain and logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
Evaluate logistics operating models, organizational structures and governance frameworks.
Perform supply chain diagnostics and benchmarking exercises using industry leading practices and performance indicators
Analyze logistics networks, transportation operations and warehouse processes to identify optimization opportunities
Develop business cases and value assessments for transformation initiatives.
Prepare executive presentations, reports and recommendations for senior client stakeholders
Support business development activities, proposals, client pursuits and thought leadership initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting supply chain, operations, technology and transformation programs
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and leading practices in logistics and supply chain management
