Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Python. The project involves implementing a platform for developing and deploying portfolio models using ML and AI. The goal is to improve data analysis, enhance investment performance, and optimize costs. Our client is a leading global financial services firm providing wealth management, investment banking, and asset management services to clients worldwide. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the Wrocław office three days a week, with flexible working hours. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms Visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders Experiment with different modeling techniques to improve predictions Collaborate with data engineers to access and use data efficiently Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role Strong Python programming for data analysis and modeling (using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow) Statistical analysis and machine learning expertise Understanding of business context and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience with GenAI-assisted development (using Generative AI tools to support coding, testing, or solution design)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role

• Strong Python programming for data analysis and modeling (using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)

• Statistical analysis and machine learning expertise

• Understanding of business context and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
