Senior DevOps Engineer

UoP only (CoE) Remote or hybrid from Warsaw What you’ll do: Lead the design and evolution of Kubernetes-based CaaS/PaaS platforms, with a focus on backend development in Go Build and enhance platform features ensuring scalability, resilience, and security Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitOps practices Implement and extend observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Drive best practices in coding, testing, security, and code quality, mentoring others Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance Collaborate across teams to deliver highly available cloud-native services Contribute to platform architecture, deployment strategies, and disaster recovery Support knowledge sharing and technical leadership within the team Participate in on-call rotations What we’re looking for: Degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience in cloud-native and platform engineering Strong Linux and scripting (Bash) skills Deep expertise in Kubernetes (operations, scaling, lifecycle) Advanced CI/CD and GitOps experience (GitLab, ArgoCD) Strong Go (Golang) programming skills Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, Helm) Solid understanding of cloud-native security (RBAC, secrets, network policies) Nice to have: Kubernetes networking (Calico, Cilium), service mesh, multi-cluster setups Cluster API and cloud integrations (storage, load balancing) Experience in large-scale enterprise or telco environments What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
