Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Management, Reward, Payroll, Customer Relations, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in IMM (International Mobility Management) administration or a similar area
Experience working with IM service providers
Strong digital mindset with familiarity in content management and community platforms
Service-oriented approach with strong customer focus
Proven stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior stakeholders
Experience working in a European scope and in cross-country environments

Familiar with end- to- end IM process and global core model design, bring in live Service delivery center
Conduct gap analysis of existing practice
Propose roadmap of gap closing, harmonize process in Europe
Ensure operation excellence not limited to visa, work permit, shipping, schooling, housing, spouse support, banking, tax, insurance etc.
Set clear RACI of both internal and external parties and their service level agreement.
Review and propose close loop journey from home country to host country with clear RACI of internal and external parties
Enhance experience on each step of the journey by set clear operation standard and measurement with playbook for both HR, Service provider and employee
Design vivid User guide with country specifics reflect all necessary information for expats and their family members.
Design and operate Expat community for info update salons, country specific updates, life and culture inspiration and support. Digital platform or e-magazines design.
Strategize IM operation to deliver excellence in service level
Strong vendor management for IM operation activity support (visa, immigration, schooling, housing, culture, spouse support)
Good Tax, payroll, HR admin expertise to advise team in daily operation.
Clear vendor management strategy, quality control and service level agreement monitoring.
The position is accountable for evaluating and implementing IM operation strategy in Europe with the purpose of uplifting and optimize experience of all Expats, Local enhance and international remote workers and their family on international assignment.
