Description
We are seeking a Senior Java Core Developer to join our FX trading team, responsible for designing robust server-side solutions and driving problem-solving across the full software development lifecycle Responsibilities Take ownership of software design and problem-solving within the FX trading area Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and rollout Deliver Level 3 support and resolve production issues Apply modern best practices to new projects while enhancing legacy code bases Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Contribute to the ongoing improvement of existing systems and processes Requirements 5+ years of experience in Java server-side development including multi-threaded programming Experience in designing and building robust and scalable distributed systems in an enterprise environment Knowledge of messaging and middleware technologies such as Kafka and Tibco EMS Knowledge of frameworks including Spring and Spring Boot and reactive programming paradigms Familiarity with Cloud/Azure, Docker and DevOps Basic skills in Linux Fluent English Nice to have Background in FX domain knowledge
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Java server-side development including multi-threaded programming
Experience in designing and building robust and scalable distributed systems in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of messaging and middleware technologies such as Kafka and Tibco EMS
Knowledge of frameworks including Spring and Spring Boot and reactive programming paradigms
Familiarity with Cloud/Azure, Docker and DevOps
Basic skills in Linux
Fluent English
