Requirements

• 2+ years experience in claims handling working with large volume and complex claims

• Knowledge of Technical claims, procedures, and process

• Candidates with aviation and EU261 knowledge will be highly regarded.

• Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
