Your new company Your new role As a Senior RPA/AI Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them in identifying, designing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions. You will lead presales activities, conduct workshops and proof-of-concepts, and help customers define automation strategies that maximize business value. Your responsibilities will include designing end-to-end automation architectures, advising on deployment models (cloud, on-premises, hybrid), evaluating emerging technologies, and promoting the adoption of AI-powered automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, delivery teams, and client stakeholders while mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development of internal capabilities and best practices. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 4 years focused on process automation technologies. You have a strong consulting mindset and proven experience working directly with clients through workshops, requirements gathering, presentations, and proof-of-concept initiatives. You bring hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms, particularly UiPath or comparable technologies, and are confident designing scalable automation architectures. A solid understanding of AI-powered automation, process optimization, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations is essential. Knowledge of.NET/C#, Python, SQL, Power Platform, OCR/IDP solutions, and containerized environments such as Kubernetes will be considered a strong advantage.
