Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Agentforce experience to join our team and drive innovative technical solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional technology teams to design, build, and deploy scalable applications while mentoring development talent and ensuring adherence to best practices. Responsibilities Commercial experience with Agentforce is a must Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements Work closely with various technology teams, including Test automation, DevOps, Integration and UX teams Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications Lead development team to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices and code quality techniques Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds (preferably Sales & Service) Real passion for Salesforce and desire to help customers leverage Salesforce systems Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL Experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration (CI/CD practices) Familiarity with Agile methodologies Nice to have Familiarity with LWC Experience managing the development team Experience working in a distributed team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds (preferably Sales & Service)

• Real passion for Salesforce and desire to help customers leverage Salesforce systems

• Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL

• Experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration (CI/CD practices)

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
