Responsibilities Communicate with clients to gather relevant requirements Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance Participate in business workshops and perform fit-to-standard analysis Configure and customize SAP logistics modules Create project documentation including training and education materials for business users Troubleshoot and support SAP logistics solutions Deliver SAP technical and functional changes aligned with client needs Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery Translate business requirements into packaged SAP solutions Support continuous improvement of SAP logistics processes Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP logistics best practices Assist in user training and adoption of SAP solutions Requirements 6+ years of SAP O2C or P2P consulting experience Deep understanding of ERP with practical SAP S/4HANA experience Proven track record of delivering successful SAP technical and functional changes in a global environment Ability to translate business requirements into packaged SAP solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Efficient negotiation and influencing skills Excellent written English communication skills (CEFR level C1 or above) Experience delivering SAP applications in O2C (SD) or P2P (MM) areas Ability to analyze and document business processes Experience participating in business workshops and fit-to-standard analysis Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Capability to create training and education materials for users Nice to have Retail industry experience

Requirements

• 6+ years of SAP O2C or P2P consulting experience

• Deep understanding of ERP with practical SAP S/4HANA experience

• Proven track record of delivering successful SAP technical and functional changes in a global environment

• Ability to translate business requirements into packaged SAP solutions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Efficient negotiation and influencing skills

• Excellent written English communication skills (CEFR level C1 or above)

• Experience delivering SAP applications in O2C (SD) or P2P (MM) areas

• Ability to analyze and document business processes

• Experience participating in business workshops and fit-to-standard analysis

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Capability to create training and education materials for users
