Your new company Your new role Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Security, providing guidance and recommendations to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. Planning and executing SAP Red Team exercises, including advanced offensive security assessments and simulated cyberattacks against SAP environments. Conducting comprehensive SAP security reviews to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, security gaps and areas for improvement. Preparing detailed documentation, reports and executive-level presentations covering findings, risks and remediation recommendations. Defining and implementing SAP security roadmaps aligned with business objectives, IT strategy and cybersecurity requirements. Developing SAP security standards, architecture principles, security requirements and configuration baselines across the organization. Designing remediation plans and security improvement initiatives while evaluating business impact, risk reduction and implementation efforts. Collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive security initiatives and ensure alignment across global teams. Monitoring the latest developments, threats and best practices related to SAP cybersecurity and incorporating them into the organization’s security strategy. What you'll need to succeed At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, including offensive security testing and SAP Red Team engagements. Strong experience in SAP security architecture, technical security design, authorization concepts, controls design and remediation planning. Proven track record of delivering SAP security projects for both SAP ECC/R3 and SAP S/4HANA environments. Experience in defining and implementing SAP security baselines, standards and best practices. Deep knowledge of SAP security technologies such as SAP Identity Provisioning, SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP Access Control, SAP HANA Security, Credential Store and SAP Data Custodian. Experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, including Identity & Access Management, Data Security and Network Security. Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and risk management principles. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills. Very good command of English. Nice to have: SAP Certified Professional – SAP Enterprise Architect. SAP Certified Associate – Security Administrator. SAP Certified Technology Professional – System Security Architect. Experience delivering security architecture and consulting engagements as an SAP Solution Architect or Security Consultant.
