Your profile and qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in: Mechanical Engineering
0–2 years for Junior Service Engineer
Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or industrial equipment preferred
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
PLC/HMI basic knowledge
Customer handling capability
Problem-solving attitude
Time management
Team coordination
Willingness to travel frequently
Your responsibilities and tasks
Installation and commissioning of Homogeniser at customer locations.
Troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns.
Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or automation-related issues.
Coordinating with customers to minimize downtime.
Providing technical support and operator training.
Preparing service reports after each visit.
Maintaining service records and documentation.
Recommending spare parts and maintenance requirements.
Coordinating with internal departments like sales, production, and technical support.
Supporting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
Ensuring safety standards and SOP compliance during service work.
Handling emergency breakdown calls and urgent customer requirements.
Assisting in machine performance improvement and modifications.
Building strong customer relationships through timely support.
