What skills are we looking for?

• BSc. In Human Resources, Phycology, Education, Sociology or any Social Human area (mandatory)

• Up to 1 year of experience in the field (internships and academic projects) – preferable

• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or other ATS tools

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Knowledge and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

What will your responsibilities be?

• Participate in the full recruitment cycle across various roles for the project(s) assigned (headhunting, sourcing, job posting screening, interviewing, job offer management, negotiation and pre-boarding documentation).

• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit

• Demonstrates and promotes the Group’s core values (currently defined as People Profile) or any future frameworks that reflect the company’s cultural and behavioral expectations

• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Success Factors

• Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies from the VW Group
