Your profile and qualifications
Are an educated refrigeration technician
Have in-depth knowledge of industrial NH3 refrigeration and heat pump systems
Have experience with compressor controllers and PLCs
Are accustomed to setting up, analyzing, and using data from control systems
Good computer skills proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications
You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
You are comfortable working in English in an international environment

Your responsibilities and tasks
Authorized refrigeration companies
Support teams in our factories in Germany and the Netherlands
Technical support and advanced troubleshooting on GEA equipment
Commissioning of GEA Grasso compressors, chillers, and heat pumps
Setup and programming of GEA’s Omni compressor control system
Preparation of commissioning jobs and site visits
Documentation of executed works through service, commissioning, and claim reports
Technical support via phone and email
Creating and managing cases in CRM service portal (2nd level support to factories)
