Run what runs the world.In this role, you will drive the TPM Sell simplification and transformation agenda within the Global Process Owner (GPO) organization for Order to Cash (O2C). You will lead projects and change initiatives that strengthen process governance, improve business readiness, and enable sustainable adoption across ABB.You will work across process, systems, and stakeholder groups to coordinate TPM Sell transformation activities, including process changes, governance updates, and the planning and business deployment of Salesforce releases impacting the O2C landscape. The role requires close collaboration with business teams, subject matter experts (e.g., Legal & Integrity), digital and IT teams, and key control functions to ensure effective implementation, communication, and adoption.This role is suited to someone who combines structure, drive, and ownership with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global, cross-functional environment. You know how to connect project delivery, change management, and system enablement to measurable business outcomes.This role is open in Europe with preferred location in Krakow, Poland. The role will report to the Global Process Owner Order to Cash.Your responsibilities Manage and coordinate TPM Sell simplification projects and related change initiatives within the O2C GPO organization, from planning through implementation and stabilization. Support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the global TPM Sell process, including key requirements across sales models, governance, and ways of working. Translate TPM Sell business priorities, policy updates, integrity and control requirements, and process improvement needs into structured project and change plans. Drive cross-functional alignment across process owners, business stakeholders, regional teams, shared services, sales operations, legal and integrity, finance, and enabling functions to support consistent execution of TPM Sell requirements. Drive project governance through clear plans, milestones, risk and dependency management, status reporting, and decision tracking. Coordinate business readiness activities, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communication planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking. Ensure process and policy changes are implemented with a fit-for-purpose change management approach, including clear communication, user enablement, and reinforcement. Coordinate the business-side management of Salesforce releases impacting TPM Sell and O2C, including changes affecting commercial workflows, Third Party-related data and process steps, readiness planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, training, testing coordination, and deployment support. Monitor implementation progress, risks, dependencies, and adoption outcomes, escalating issues where needed and driving mitigation actions. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop clear and practical TPM Sell process documentation, guidance materials, and training content for impacted stakeholders. Prepare materials and presentations for governance meetings, including Steering Committee meetings, to support project status reporting, decision tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Help establish and track KPIs and success measures related to implementation progress, compliance, process adoption, and operational effectiveness. Contribute to the broader O2C transformation agenda by identifying synergies, lessons learned, and opportunities for standardization and simplification. Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations, project management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management, change management, business transformation, process improvement, or a related role. Strong experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects in a global or matrix organization. Good understanding of process governance, business process standardization, control requirements, and the business impact of system releases across commercial and order-related processes. Experience with change management frameworks (for example ADKAR or similar) and practical application in business rollouts is preferred. Ability to translate complex process or policy requirements into actionable plans, stakeholder communications, and implementation activities. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels without direct authority. Experience in Order to Cash, commercial operations, indirect sales models, third-party management, compliance-related programs, or related process governance is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project collaboration tools; experience with Salesforce releases, process documentation, and training materials is beneficial.
