Within our global Infrastructure Project Management team, we drive international IT infrastructure initiatives – from data center and cloud transformations to network and workplace projects. You will be part of a team delivering global IT infrastructure projects that directly support GEA’s business transformation. We are currently looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our team.

Your profile and qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar)
Availability of 16–20 hours per week
Interest in IT infrastructure topics (cloud, networks, workplace, data centers)
Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style
Strong team spirit and interest in project work
Good communication skills in English
Confident in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
First experience in IT or project management is a plus

Your responsibilities and tasks
Support the planning and execution of international infrastructure projects
Assist with project management activities (status tracking, reporting, documentation, scheduling)
Maintain and update project data in tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, and Excel
Prepare presentations and materials for stakeholder communication and decision-making
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to improving project management standards, templates, and processes
Take ownership of smaller tasks or sub-projects (e.g., dashboards, report automation, SharePoint pages)
