As a Communications Assistant Director, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful communication strategies that support business objectives and strengthen engagement across internal and external audiences. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Communications Leader to design and execute strategic messaging across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, clarity and measurable impact. This role combines strategic thinking, stakeholder management and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global environment. Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in a global or matrix organization
Your key responsibilities
Driving communication strategy execution by translating business priorities into clear and engaging messaging
Managing end-to-end communication projects, including planning, resourcing, execution and performance measurement
Creating high-quality leadership communications across multiple channels (e.g. presentations, newsletters, intranet, emails, webcasts, videos, social media)
Partnering with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on communication approaches and messaging
Supporting strategic initiatives by designing communications that inform, inspire and engage diverse audiences
Ensuring consistency with EY brand, tone of voice and messaging standards
Measuring effectiveness of communication activities and using insights to continuously improve strategy
Navigating complex organizational and market environments to anticipate communication needs and risks
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Approximately 7+ years of experience in communications, marketing or a related function
Proven experience in delivering communication strategies and managing complex projects
Strong analytical skills and experience with communication measurement tools
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through communication
Experience in working across multiple teams, service lines or regions
