We are looking for Senior Risk Analyst with strong command of English to join our global Risk Management Services Team. The opportunity Risk Management Services (RMS) has been operating in EY GDS Poland for almost 10 years as part of a global function and continues to grow rapidly. Within RMS, Independence is the largest sub-function, responsible for delivering key internal processes that help ensure EY and its professionals comply with auditor independence rules and regulations. This work supports EY Member Practices and local Independence firms in business analysis. The role offers opportunities to work in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, with an objective of protecting EY’s reputation as an independent auditor, by providing support to EY member firm practices. It also involves close collaboration with global teams and stakeholders to strengthen the compliance framework and foster a mindset of continuous improvement and client enablement. Requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
Fluent German or other European language
Requirements

Zakres obowiązków
As a Senior Risk associate, you will need to:
Build working knowledge of different internal Independence and financial tools and systems.
Develop technical expertise of Independence processes to assume subject matter expert responsibilities.
Demonstrate thorough understanding and ability to interpret Vendor’s company structure, affiliations, ownership, and relationships in accordance with audit client and affiliate definition.
Perform and review the reconciliation, research and recommendations done by Associate analysts within the team.
Build strong credibility by sharing insights and technical acumen, while engaging in relevant discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the documentation of evaluations and pre-approvals of business relationships with third parties in accordance with the global criteria.
Lead knowledge calibration sessions addressing process related questions from team members.
Consistently assess current processes and suggest innovative solutions or ideas to enhance efficiency and drive improvements.
Understand and work towards meeting and exceeding the defined individual and team KPIs for the role.
Provide additional support in dedicated projects/task assignments.
Requirements
Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills in English
Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a corporate organization
Attention to details and experience in data analysis, research
Familiarity with databases and/or entering of data into system tools
Good understanding and knowledge of third party risk management
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
