Data and AI Business Analyst

The Technology Consulting team works with world’s best-known large domestic and global: financial institutions, broker-dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management and insurance companies, who trusted us to assist them with large scale transformation program delivery challenges. You will be responsible for business analysis throughout the delivery lifecycle, supporting process modelling, requirement specification, and in-depth analysis of complex systems and environments. As you grow, you will have the opportunity to take on more managerial and coordination responsibilities. Your scope of duties:

Requirements

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools

• Understanding of GenAI, LLMs or ML technologies

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL)

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to create process diagrams, functional specifications, other project documentation

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

• Motivation to build your career in the Data & AI domain

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Strong self‑organization: ability to plan, track and report your work

• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• At least a bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science or a related field
