Description
Design and maintain QNX‑based platforms, integrating BSPs, services, and middleware with focus on reliability, performance and security. Develop and own system services using QNX IPC, resource managers and timers. Integrate BSPs, drivers and startup scripts, optimizing boot time and system footprint. Configure scheduling, priorities and interrupt handling to ensure system determinism. Qualifications
Opportunity to work on a future‑ready software‑defined vehicle platform combining Linux, Android, QNX, AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR.
Close collaboration with experienced engineering teams driving innovation in ADAS and infotainment.
Exposure to cutting-edge embedded technologies in a safety‑critical environment.
4+ years of embedded QNX development experience.
Strong knowledge of QNX Neutrino, embedded systems and low‑level OS concepts.
Advanced C/C++, POSIX, multithreading and awareness of lock‑free patterns.
Experience with drivers/device trees (where applicable), BSP integration.
Proficiency with tracing and profiling tools (Tracealyzer, System Profiler, tracelogger).
Fundamentals of system security: capabilities, sandboxing, file permissions.
Experience with QNX Hypervisor (bring‑up, VM configuration, Hypervisor API, guest lifecycle).
Familiarity with networking stacks (TCP/IP, SOME/IP), DDS or other middleware.
Understanding of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
Knowledge of OTA/update orchestration and secure bootchain.
Experience with containerization models (QNX App Domains).
Yocto/Linux experience in mixed‑OS environments.
Exposure to automated testing tools (CTest, Robot, PyTest).
