Collections Support Processor with Russian | Associate

Job Description

• Receive and validate new customer credit assessment and contract requests.

• Monitor existing customer and portfolio credit risk.

• Reconcile accounts receivable activity to the general ledger.

• Apply cash remittances and credits or adjustments.

• Fluent Russian and English, B2 level required (both written and spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for contacting clients email and phone in a B2B (Business-to-Business) setting

• MS Office Excel knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Effective time management and task prioritization skills

• Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.

• Individual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach.
