Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in development and maintenance of IBM Mainframe applications.

• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, and z/OS.

• Practical experience working with DB2 databases, including SQL development, query optimization, and data analysis.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and independently design and implement technical solutions.

• Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing existing applications.

• Proactive, self-driven approach with accountability for delivered solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within international project teams.

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Experience working with Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD processes in Mainframe environments.

• Professional experience within banking, financial services, or insurance sectors.

• Knowledge of Mainframe modernization initiatives and AI-supported software development practices.

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers in their professional growth.

• Permanent employment contract.
