Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional software development experience

  • Deep expertise in

  • Full SDLC experience: requirements, implementation, testing, release, and support

  • Strong focus on clean, high‑performance code (SOLID principles)

Zakres obowiązków

  • As a Frameworks Developer, you will play a key role in building and evolving the firm’s core application framework used by development teams across the organization. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role with broad impact.

  • Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and support the firm’s in‑house application framework

  • Define and contribute to low‑level architecture and core design decisions

  • Partner with development teams to help kickstart new projects and provide technical expertise

  • Collaborate with developers and business users across the organization to deliver mission‑critical platforms and services

  • Support investment professionals across equities, credit, and other major asset classes

  • Work closely with the broader Technology team on cross‑functional initiatives
