What You’ll Bring

Proven track record of 5+ years leadership experience managing and developing large sales or commercial organizations (50+ employees), ideally within the electrical engineering or industrial sector, combined with strong knowledge of the Polish market and an established network across relevant customer segments.
Leadership & Influence: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to engage own team, our customers and internal stakeholders
Ability to optimize and motivate cross-functional high-performing teams, with a collaborative approach towards various teams and functions locally and internationally
