You will lead daily operations, develop people and processes, and continuously improve performance to achieve operational excellence.You will be responsible for:Leading the daily operations of the motor modification workshop located at the 3PL site, ensuring safe, compliant, on-time, and cost-effective execution of customer and internal orders.Preparing the annual production budget, overseeing progress, and determining actions to address cost issues as necessary to manage operations within budget and available resources.Managing workshop capacity, resources, and work‑in‑progress to meet demand and service level targetsDriving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, standard work) to improve productivity, flow, and qualityEnsuring accurate implementation of work instructions, routings, drawings, test requirements, and engineering changesOwning quality performance by reducing rework, defects, and field issues through strong process controlLeading, motivating, and developing a multi‑skilled team through coaching, upskilling, and performance managementActing as the main operational interface to the 3PL partner and supporting customer visits when requiredQualifications for the role:Strong experience in workshop operations, production coordination, Lean/5S methodologies, and quality management within an industrial manufacturing or electromechanical environmentAt least 3–5 years of experience in motor service, repair, modification, electromechanical assembly, or a similar operational field, including leadership responsibility in a shop‑floor environment; experience as a workshop manager, production supervisor, operations leader, or in a similar role is a strong advantageProven ability to lead people, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholdersSolid understanding of Lean principles, quality systems, and safe working practicesExperience working with SAP and an interest in using data, KPIs, and reports to manage operational performanceTechnical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on technical experienceFluent communication skills in English and PolishKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or experience working in a safety‑critical environment is a strong plusAby zbudować czystszą, mądrzejszą przyszłość, potrzebne są różne umysły: ciekawe, odważne i kreatywne. Your role and responsibilities
Leading the daily operations of the motor modification workshop located at the 3PL site, ensuring safe, compliant, on-time, and cost-effective execution of customer and internal orders.
Preparing the annual production budget, overseeing progress, and determining actions to address cost issues as necessary to manage operations within budget and available resources.
Managing workshop capacity, resources, and work‑in‑progress to meet demand and service level targets
Driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, standard work) to improve productivity, flow, and quality
Ensuring accurate implementation of work instructions, routings, drawings, test requirements, and engineering changes
Owning quality performance by reducing rework, defects, and field issues through strong process control
Leading, motivating, and developing a multi‑skilled team through coaching, upskilling, and performance management
Acting as the main operational interface to the 3PL partner and supporting customer visits when required
Strong experience in workshop operations, production coordination, Lean/5S methodologies, and quality management within an industrial manufacturing or electromechanical environment
At least 3–5 years of experience in motor service, repair, modification, electromechanical assembly, or a similar operational field, including leadership responsibility in a shop‑floor environment; experience as a workshop manager, production supervisor, operations leader, or in a similar role is a strong advantage
Proven ability to lead people, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Solid understanding of Lean principles, quality systems, and safe working practices
Experience working with SAP and an interest in using data, KPIs, and reports to manage operational performance
Technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on technical experience
Fluent communication skills in English and Polish
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or experience working in a safety‑critical environment is a strong plus
