  • As a Senior Category Owner, you will shape the Polish Consumer Electronics market by managing a strategic portfolio in Audio/Photo or SDA.

  • We aren't looking for a spreadsheet manager. We need a market expert—someone who understands why a specific mirrorless camera is this season’s bestseller or which coffee machine features are currently driving consumer demand.

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a position related to category management, product development on marketplace/e-commerce platforms, or experience as a Key Account Manager.

  • You know the specifics of the industry they are responsible for: solutions, manufacturers, brands, B2C and B2B specifics, and sales channels.

  • You understand the mechanisms of how online business, e-commerce works.

  • You have highly developed analytical skills and base their decisions on data.

  • You are able to plan and organize their work well and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • You proactively identify problems and recommend solutions.

  • You are focused on collaboration and business efficiency.

  • You know English (at least B1/B2).

  • You have presentation skills.

  • You are proficient at tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Zakres obowiązków

  • You will be working on the development of selected categories i.e., Audio/Photo or SDA in a dynamic team and cross-functionally (contact with many internal departments within Allegro, from marketing to technology).

  • You will be responsible for the development and achievement of results of selected categories.

  • You will analyze the assortment and track online/offline trends to identify assortment gaps and category growth opportunities.

  • You will take responsibility for monitoring category performance in order to diagnose potential problems and propose solutions.

  • You will coordinate, from the category side, sales-supporting campaigns on the platform and co-create the annual event and activations calendar.

  • You will be responsible for developing cooperation with key brands to improve their results on Allegro.

  • You will lead projects in the business-technology area.
