Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Location: Wroclaw, hybrid Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Customs Clearance and Logistics Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

Requirements

• Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education

• Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)

• Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)

• Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects

• Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors

• Knowledge of Incoterms

• Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies

Responsibilities

• Cooperate and conduct negotiations with Customs Office and Compliance Management

• Manage customs issues like customs duties, and VAT, and cooperate with external Customs Agencies

• Handle ECCN procedure (cooperation with internal and external partners, ABW reporting)

• Import/ export issues

• Transport companies locally and across the world
