8+ years of Java development experience with strong Spring Boot expertise
4+ years of front-end development with ReactJS (Angular experience is also acceptable)
3+ years of hands-on CI/CD pipeline engineering
3+ years of experience building Azure cloud-native systems (AKS, Functions, App Services, etc.)
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical decisions
Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs and cloud security fundamentals
Experience with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes/AKS

Mentor and guide team members, fostering best practices in software engineering and DevOps
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver low-latency, high-reliability solutions
Drive Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation initiatives (Terraform experience is a plus)
