Who we are looking for
2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in product ownership or management of sales enablement tools.
Familiarity with pricing analytics and commercial benchmarking techniques.
Experience with process automation tools and workflow optimization.
Advanced Excel or data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI).
Experience working in a sales or business development environment.
Experience maintaining or developing intranet or internal communication sites is an asset.
Effective conflict management and ability to work well under pressure.

Your future role
Analyze data from internal systems, sales pipeline, sales results, win rates, and win/loss reasons to generate pursuit insights.
Provide regular analytics and reports to support sales leadership and pursuit teams.
Act as the product owner for an internal tool, which processes qualification and prioritization of sales opportunities.
Develop and implement commercial and pricing analytics to benchmark team pricing and support future proposal strategies.
Design, build, and maintain automations to streamline processes throughout the pursuit and sales cycles.
Conduct general process analysis and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain and update Sales Excellence intranet sites, ensuring resources and information are current and accessible to the broader sales organization.
Collaborate closely with members of the Sales Excellence team to ensure alignment with broader sales goals.
