Requirements
Relevant engineering qualification (degree) or aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
5 years’ experience within a similar role in an airline.
Experience reviewing audit findings and determining root cause.
Ability to implement changes to practices and procedures.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
