Bachelor's degree in a discipline relevant to this role
At least 2 years of practical experience in Learning & Development or Adult Education, preferably gained in an international corporate environment
Driven and self-starting personality with a strong desire to grow and learn
Ability to juggle multiple assignments and projects at once in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent organizational and interpersonal talents, combined with ease of working in a multicultural team
Client-oriented attitude with attention to the needs of others
Confident written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish

Oversee the onboarding of new students and serve as their go-to contact throughout the entire learning process
Assist with routine reporting tasks, administrative duties and everyday operational procedures
Work hand in hand with Regional Program Coordination Teams to stay informed about learners enrolled in Campus programs
Engage with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Human Resources teams to ensure smooth information exchange and proper execution of company processes
Represent Campus during internal and external occasions, including Department Meetings, Job Fairs and University events
Take care of administrative duties tied to internships and ensure they are finalized within the expected timeframe

We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to strengthen our EPAM Campus team in Poland. EPAM Campus is a worldwide corporate learning service focused on helping people of various ages and career paths take their first steps into the IT field. In this role, you will coordinate team projects and assist with regional training processes, making a meaningful impact on the development of tomorrow's IT specialists.
