Requirements
Qualified Refrigeration Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
F-Gas certification
Experience in agricultural, dairy, or commercial refrigeration preferred
Strong fault-finding and repair skills
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Zakres obowiązków
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of bulk milk tanks and cooling systems
Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration units and associated electrical systems
Respond to on-site breakdowns quickly and efficiently
Install new refrigeration units and upgrade existing systems as required
Perform refrigerant handling in compliance with F-Gas regulations
Maintain accurate records and complete service reports
Provide technical support and advice to farmers and the DairyFlow team
Participate in a shared on-call rota for emergency breakdowns
