Short description

  • We are looking for a Partner Quality Monitoring Specialist to join our team for a maternity cover.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Handle text and data analysis with ease and can make quick decisions.

  • Understand the importance of sales quality and transaction security while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.

  • Are comfortable working with large volumes of data.

  • Can efficiently source, verify, and analyze information using open-source intelligence (OSINT).

  • Are proficient in using AI-powered tools.

  • Have operational experience gained in security or back-office departments.

  • Are accurate, responsible, committed, and meticulous.

  • Can stay focused while working under time pressure.

  • Are proficient in English, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level).

  • Are available for shift work (including afternoons and weekends).

  • Knowledge of data analysis (e.g., SQL) would be an asset.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Taking ownership of improving sales and service quality among Sellers to increase Customer satisfaction with transactions made on Allegro.

  • Handling cases related to violations of Allegro’s Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

  • Ensuring compliance with communication standards between Customers and Partners.

  • Collaborating closely with teams responsible for transaction security and Customer Service.

  • Having a real impact on the functionality and overall security of the Allegro platform.
