The opportunity As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will work within a dynamic Business Consulting Finance GBS team, supporting entity-wide transformation initiatives across finance strategy, operating models, digital finance, and GBS in an international, cross-functional environment. This is a role for an experienced professional with a solid finance and project management background and a passion for shaping the future of finance within a collaborative, mentor-driven culture. What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future: 5+ years of professional experience within the Consulting and/or Processs Implementation Experience in consulting projects related to process optimization (preferably within one or more area: RtR and FP&A / PtP / OtC), process migration, benchmarking and finance transformation Understanding of existing generative AI services Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems Experience in system implementations, UAT, configuration, or support during finance system rollouts / Super User experience in systems (e.g. HighRadius/ Basware /OT VIM/ InvoiceTrack/ Esker/Blackline/ Trintech/ ServiceNow) Ability to collect and analyze complex set of data, data visualization tools literacy Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURAL or Power BI Project Management experience and proven track of projects delivery Experience in GBS Operating Model Design, Service Management framework definition is a plus Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, further languages are a plus Highly motivated and willing to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture Willingness to travel
