Requirements

• Experience in software implementation projects in Agile methodology;

• Analytical and documentation skills, including UML, BPMN, and writing functional/technical specs;

• Understanding of integration architecture (APIs, messaging, file-based);

• Fluency in English;

• Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field;

• Willingness to travel and/or work in hybrid mode from Warsaw office;

• Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms;

• Basic programming knowledge to understand technical concepts (e.g. Java Script, Python);

• AI knowledge and experience;

• Familiarity with insurance business processes in at least one of the following areas: sales path, claims handling, or billing.

• Defining integration interfaces and contributing to the design and testing of API and file-based integrations;

• Planning and executing data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation;

• Participating in system configuration, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning;

• Supporting regulatory and compliance-related activities as part of system implementation;
