Requirements
A degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, dairy engineering or a similar field
Some project engineering experience – perhaps within food and dairy applications
Some experience in commissioning liquid processing systems (not a prerequisite)
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
Zakres obowiązków
Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), mass balances, process and instrumentation diagrams for hygienic food designs
Develop P&IDs, equipment sizing and specifications, services consumptions, tank design and 3D layout optimisation for hygienic food designs
Review 3D model designs, typically done by a technical designer
Oversee procurement, collaborating with domestic and international suppliers
Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and resource planning
Supervise and, to some extent, participate in process commissioning at customer sites
