• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Proficiency in English both written and spoken (C1 level in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).

• Proficiency in Swedish both written and spoken (C1 level in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).

Preferowane Kwalifikacje

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience managing investigations or fraud programs in a professional setting (or equivalent)

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and accurately to both internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound investigative decisions with minimal guidance

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns

• Exceptional customer-handling and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on quality and customer experience

• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically and think critically

• Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks of competing urgency

• Proven ability to maintain productivity and meet department standards while managing competing deadlines

• Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance expectations and delivering individual contributions

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and adhere to data security standards
