Proficiency in English both written and spoken (C1 level in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
Proficiency in Swedish both written and spoken (C1 level in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
Preferowane Kwalifikacje
Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Experience managing investigations or fraud programs in a professional setting (or equivalent)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and accurately to both internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound investigative decisions with minimal guidance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns
Exceptional customer-handling and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on quality and customer experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically and think critically
Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks of competing urgency
Proven ability to maintain productivity and meet department standards while managing competing deadlines
