Opis roli

• As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will own and shape how the world sees Cloudfide as a place to work. You'll be the creative force behind how we show up, what we say, and how we make people feel about joining our team.

• This is a role for someone who brings fresh energy, bold ideas, and a willingness to try things that haven't been done before. We're not looking for someone who follows the playbook - we're looking for someone who rewrites it.

Sekcja nice to have

• Experience working with or within IT companies, software houses, or tech startups.

• Familiarity with personal branding strategies for executives or thought leaders.

• Experience organizing or co-organizing events, meetups, or campus activities.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe) or video content creation.

• Existing connections within the Polish or European tech community.
