Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. Wykształcenie

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Zakres obowiązków

Qualifications for the role

  • Master degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience in managing global IT applications and working with IT Service Management concepts (ITIL)

  • Responsibility for an end-to-end delivery, independence, discipline, ability to work under time pressure

  • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)

  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodology

  • Knowledge of MyService tool and Jira products is a plus
