Wymagania

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar position.

  • Knowledge and practical experience with accounting standards such as local GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting regulations.

  • Good knowledge of tax regulations.

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.

  • Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Collaborative mindset, solution-oriented approach, and flexibility.

  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Posting accounting documents, processing data, and executing and ensuring compliance with month-end closing activities.

  • Preparing and posting payroll-related entries, accruals, prepayments, and VAT postings in accordance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.

  • Ensuring compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and internal standards within the RTR area.

  • Monitoring open items, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring timely reconciliation and clearance of balance sheet accounts.

  • Ensuring the delivery of RTR activities in line with defined quality KPIs and agreed timelines.

  • Implementing and complying with internal controls related to RTR processes in accordance with internal procedures and control requirements.

  • Identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and carrying out escalation activities when necessary.

  • Cooperating with auditors and other finance and accounting departments.

  • Participating in standardization, automation, and internal improvement projects.
