(Junior) Accountant (SSC)

Description

For our client, a Nordic organisation expanding its Finance Services Centre, we are seeking candidates eager to develop their careers in accounting in an international environment. THE ROLE The role proactively supports the ongoing development of Record‑to‑Report processes for smaller entities and contributes to harmonised accounting practices. Key responsibilities Process AP invoices and employee travel expenses Support AR activities including payment reconciliations Post general ledger entries and perform reconciliations Participate in month-end closing activities for assigned entities Support VAT reporting and statutory requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support audits Requirements Approximately 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, or GL Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration Experience in an SSC or international environment is an advantage. Responsibilities

• As a (Junior) Accountant, you will support AP, AR, and GL activities for primarily smaller company entities within the Finance Shared Service Centre. This role provides broad exposure across accounting processes and includes transactional work, reconciliations, and participation in month-end closing and reporting activities.
