Who we are looking for
Previous experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is essential.
Proven administrative experience, preferably supporting HR, contractor management, or vendor management teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration, HR, or related fields are advantageous
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Understanding of contractor compliance and labour regulations.
Customer service mindset with a collaborative approach.

Your future role
Support the management of contractor and third-party personnel records using HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors and third-party staff in collaboration with HR and operational teams.
Coordinate communication and scheduling between delivery centres, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update databases and tracking systems related to contractors, delivery centres, and third-party engagements.
Prepare and distribute reports on contractor status, compliance, and performance metrics as required.
Assist with contract administration, including document management and compliance checks.
Support the team in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for third-party providers.
Handle general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organising documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection regulations, and contractual obligations.
