AI Security Engineer

UoP only Hybrid work from Warsaw Key responsibilities: Implement and operationalize security controls for AI and GenAI solutions. Protect AI systems against threats such as prompt injection, data poisoning, model extraction, and adversarial attacks. Design security guardrails for LLMs and establish secure AI development and deployment practices. Support AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) by providing security guidance and accelerating secure adoption. Conduct AI security assessments, threat modeling, and risk evaluations. Collaborate with development and security teams to embed security throughout the AI lifecycle. Act as a subject matter expert in AI Security and contribute to standards, policies, and best practices. Key requirements: 3-5 years of experience in security engineering, cybersecurity, application security, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and AI security. Experience securing AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of AI security frameworks and industry best practices. Understanding of AI-specific attack vectors and mitigation techniques. Strong programming skills, preferably in Python and/or JavaScript. Excellent communication skills and fluent English. Nice to have: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH. Background in penetration testing or red teaming. Experience working in cross-functional security initiatives.
