Join our Krakow team as an Associate People Operations Specialist in a hybrid role that emphasizes thoroughness, quick adaptability, and consistent accuracy. Success in this position depends on your ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization. Responsibilities Provide daily operational assistance in key People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments based on current business needs Respond to employee requests via a ticketing system, ensuring timely and precise resolution Maintain and update employee records in HR and payroll systems, both internal and external, with a focus on compliance and accuracy Support the alignment of HR documentation and processes with company standards and legal requirements Help generate reports and summaries for operational and compliance purposes Collaborate with the People Team to refine workflows, enhance employee satisfaction, and contribute to team initiatives Requirements Strong attention to detail in all tasks English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear communication Polish proficiency at C1 level or above for everyday interactions Positive attitude, proactive approach, and effective teamwork skills Experience working in a multicultural or international environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Capacity to handle confidential information responsibly Experience in a Shared Service environment
Requirements
Strong attention to detail in all tasks
English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear communication
