Description

We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to further reinforce our team. This role calls for someone with sharp attention to detail, a knack for learning quickly, and consistent accuracy in their work. Adaptability in a lively workplace and strong communication across all organizational levels are key to thriving. The position is hybrid and located in Katowice. Responsibilities Provide operational assistance in one of the primary People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on organizational requirements Handle employee queries via the ticketing platform, ensuring swift and precise responses Keep employee records current in internal and external HR and payroll systems, maintaining compliance and accuracy Support the upkeep of HR documentation and procedures according to company guidelines and legal obligations Help generate reports and summaries for operational or compliance purposes Work alongside the People Team to optimize processes, improve employee satisfaction, and participate in team-wide initiatives Requirements Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work English proficiency at B2 level Polish language fluency Proactive attitude, positive approach, and ability to work well within a team Experience in multicultural environments is beneficial Effective written and verbal communication skills Basic skills in analysis and problem-solving Ability to meet deadlines and organize tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Requirements
