Description
We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to help strengthen our team. Success in this position requires excellent attention to detail, quick learning abilities, and a high level of accuracy in daily work. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This hybrid role is based in Katowice. Responsibilities Support daily operations in one of the core People Operations functions: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs Respond to employee requests through the ticketing system, providing accurate and prompt solutions Update and manage employee records in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Help maintain HR documentation and processes in line with company policies and legal standards Assist in preparing reports and summaries to meet operational or compliance requirements Collaborate with the People Team to enhance processes, elevate the employee experience, and contribute to team projects Requirements Exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities English language proficiency at B2 level Fluency in Polish Proactive approach, positive mindset, and strong team orientation Background in a multicultural environment is a plus Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities
English language proficiency at B2 level
Fluency in Polish
