Who we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or internal strategy functions, ideally within banking or financial services 🏦

  • Proven experience working in a consulting firm or internal strategic unit (e.g. corporate strategy, transformation office, digital banking)

  • Strong understanding of banking operating models, digital transformation, omnichannel distribution, and customer lifecycle management

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes 🧠

  • Strategic and analytical thinker, comfortable structuring ambiguous banking challenges and translating insights into actionable recommendations

  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior management and executive-level stakeholders

  • Comfortable collaborating across strategy, technology, data, and regulatory teams

  • Fluent in English and Polish 🗣️

  • Willingness to travel as required ✈️

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel (experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus)

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)

Your future role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer and digital strategy projects for banks, from problem framing through implementation planning 📌

  • Advise clients on topics such as customer-centric growth in banking, digital transformation of retail and corporate banking, customer segmentation, loyalty and retention programs, distribution and channel strategy, and go-to-market strategy for financial products 👌

  • Structure complex banking challenges, develop hypotheses, and translate analyses into clear, executive-ready strategic narratives

  • Build high-quality client materials supporting strategic and investment decisions?

  • Facilitate strategy workshops and decision-making sessions with senior client stakeholders

  • Identify and shape follow-on opportunities, contributing to account development and long-term client relationships

  • Mentor and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants, providing day-to-day guidance and coaching 🗣️

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Strategy, Technology, Data, Risk, and Regulatory teams to deliver integrated solutions
